WITHDRAW STUDENT(s):
If you are moving and need to withdraw your child(ren), please call me 24 hours in advance to start the process.  Parents, you will need to come to the Counseling Office to sign your child(ren) withdrawal form.  Also, please be sure to bring your state identification card, drivers license, or passport when withdrawing your child because I will need to make a copy of that information.

REQUESTING TRANSCRIPTS:
If you attended Henderson High School and need to request your high school transcripts and live out of state; please mail me a copy of your drivers license/state identification card with a self-addressed stamped envelope and a letter requesting your transcripts.  Please include the address you would like the transcripts mailed to as well.

If you live in the state of Georgia and would like to request your Henderson High School transcripts, you can follow the information above or you have the option of coming to the school, with your identification and receiving your transcripts; However, be prepared with a self-addressed stamped envelope if the office is busy and I am not able to pull the records at that time.

REQUEST HOMEWORK:
Homework/makeup work can only be requested through the Counseling Office if your child(ren) is out of school for at least 3 consecutive days due to illness or out of school suspension.  If you have the teachers email address you can email them directly; otherwise, you can email me and your child(ren) Counselor.  A 24 hour notice is needed to request work from teachers, so please be mindful of the timing of your request.

If you are going out of town or planning a family vacation during the school year, it is your child(ren) responsibility to get work before hand.
