Welcome to Ms. Rich's Webpage!
Thanks to all parents, helpers, and volunteers! We had a wonderful Field day despite the rainy start. |
We have begun breaking off into reading novels in Language Arts. It is going to take a good degree of maturity and responsibility to do a good job with it. I know they can do it. So far I have only started with group 1 (part a & B)but they will have different activities to complete other than the normal grid centers. They will be expected to complete the top portion of the centers sheet and then work on novel group activities. They will still take the spelling, vocabulary, and grammar test each week, but instead of the reading selection test, they will have a test generated by their own discussions and including additional vocabulary. If you have any questions, just let me know. :-)
