DeKalb County School System New and Returning Students to DeKalb Online Academy

All students within the DeKalb County School System must first seek the assistance from their counselor before registering for an online course. Your counselor will give you your login and password information plus advise on online course(s). Once this advisement is complete you can log on to the DeKalb Online Academy site and self register for class(es). 

Students Outside DeKalb County School System Interested in DeKalb Online Academy

Any student not currently attending a DeKalb County School System school must request admission to register for an online course. To do so, send an email to DOLA@fc.dekalb.k12.ga.us or call the DeKalb Online Academy Hotline at 678-676-1106 with appropriate contact information and you will be contacted for registration information. This is necessary to obtain a login, password and pay course fees.

How To Register and Pay for
DeKalb Online Academy Courses

If you are a DeKalb County School System student obtain all login and passwords from your school counselor.

If you are not a DeKalb County School System student you must call the DeKalb Online Academy office to enroll in the program and obtain your login and password. The DeKalb Online Academy office phone number is 678-676-1106.

Once you log into the DeKalb Online Academy click on the Self Registration link at the top of the screen. Next, choose the desired course and follow the screen prompts to register and pay for your online course. DeKalb Online Academy uses PayPal to accept payment for courses. Print confirmation of your payment at the end of your online registration for your personal records.
