eSIS Parent Assistant
Greetings Parents:
DeKalb County Schools is excited to announce the launching of a new parent portal application, Parent Assistant (PA) which is an extension of our new student information system. Parent Assistant (PA) is a secure, web-based student access information application for parents guardians, and students. Access and data is secure in that users can view only that information for which they are authorized.
In order to create an account or add a student, you will need to provide the following information:
- Parent Name
- Student Name
- Student Date of Birth
- Student Number
- Country of Birth
- GTID number - GA testing ID is printed on your child's progress report.
- DeKalb 7-digit Student Number
You will need this information for each child you wish to add to your account.
Please note the following steps in order to register and access Parent Assistant (PA):
- Access the PASS (Parent and Student Access) page at - http://eportal.dekalb.k12.ga.us/default.aspx
- Click Parent & Student Access, Create A New Account (or Manage Existing Account if you have already registered as a parent for Magnet/Theme School lotteries).
- Proceed with registration.
- Access the eSIS Parent Assistant application at - http://esispa.dekalb.k12.ga.us.
- Your PA user ID and password are the same as your ePortal PASS user ID and password.
- Access http://www.dekalb.k12.ga.us/~it/esispa for instructional videos demonstrating how to log on to Parent Assistant.
For assistance or questions with Parent Registration or Parent Assistant (PA), please submit your request via the PA Help form found on the PA website to pa_pilot@fc.dekalb.k12.ga.us. The support staff will monitor email requests for help during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
